When we had family visit from abroad, we used this service to plan a cruise from Newburgh to NYC. It was a fun time, my relatives really enjoyed it. However, I didn't think the boat was that great and the services provided did not live up to the expectations I had in mind. We all enjoyed it but I was disappointed.
