Most everyone is familiar with Showcase Cinemas and other first-run movie theaters. You get all the newest movies, huge selection at the snack bar, and comfortable stadium-style seating. The biggest drawback is that you basically have to mortgage the home to take a family there! Even the matinée prices are outrageous, especially you want to buy a popcorn or other snack to enjoy during the movie.
