Typical Theater 4/4/2006

Most everyone is familiar with Showcase Cinemas and other first-run movie theaters. You get all the newest movies, huge selection at the snack bar, and comfortable stadium-style seating. The biggest drawback is that you basically have to mortgage the home to take a family there! Even the matinée prices are outrageous, especially you want to buy a popcorn or other snack to enjoy during the movie. more

Movie theater 10/11/2005

One of the few movie theathers around. They always have new movies in one of thier two theaters in Seekonk. Of course, the prices of movies are crazy so that is a major drawback for this theater as well as the sky high prices for food. Most of the time the theaters are clean but when it does get busy sometime the floor is a sea of popcorn. more

Good Gym 8/12/2005

Sherwood has pretty much anything you'd want from a health club. A weight room, cardio, classes, basketball and raquet ball. I have enjoyed the yoga classes in particular. The gym itself lacks the slick set-up but that lends itself to an atmosphere that is less competitive. It also seems to be free of any meat-market stuff which is great (unless you are looking for that I suppose). more
