Horrible service 3/1/2010

I went through the drive-thru the other day and felt completely disrespected as a paying customer. The gal who took my order was absolutely uncaring. She gave me my total as if I was an inconvenience to her. I wrote it off as she was busy (even though I was the only one in the drive-thru). As I got to the window to pay she took my money and didn't say a word. When she opened the window to hand me my food she didn't say anything again and I said thank you and she shut the window without saying a word. No "you're welcome" or nothing. She never even cracked a smile. When I was there 2 weeks before that I had gone inside and even they were without smiles and acting as if you were inconveniencing them! If you are going to work in customer service, you should act like you give hoot! more
