Chaat Cafe is a great place to go for Indian "snack" type food. it's not a full-fledged restaurant.
The food quality varies on the dish you get.
The best dish there, in my opinion, is the Biryani (any meat). The word SAVORY is what comes to mind for this dish.
There are other items that are pretty good, but I generally stick to the biryani.
There is also a location in Sunnyvale. Same dish, same quality!
