For Brown students who live on pembroke campus, Spiritus could not be at a more optimal location. It is not too big, but will usually have what you are looking for. The one thing that gets me is that they charge more for cold beer, which is ridiculous. There are also cheaper places, but if you ask them about special deals they have that day you can usually find a bargain.
