There are two major local airlines, Aloha Air and Hawaiian Air. Both have had financial problems over the years. Both have worked hard to maintain customer loyalty. Aloha also flies to several West Coast destinations, making it easier to use the frequent flyer points for something enjoyable. I fly Aloha since I have found them to have the better on time departure and arrival record.
