I worked for Fosdals on a part time basis when Jerry Fosdal owned the business and subsequently Joe Crubah. Working in the bakery industry in Wisconsin, Illinois & U.P of Michigan since 1990, I believe that Fosdal's has the best quality products available. The donut line surpasses any that I have encountered in size, flavor, price & quality. Kringles, sweet rolls, breads, buns, rolls and holiday products are made with the best quality ingredients available. Both my sons started their working careers at Fosdals and to this day believe in a hard days work for a fair days earnings. Keep up the good work Joe & crew. Ray Lefferts more
