Good Food, Strange Pacing, Overrated

George's was highly rated and we were looking forward to dinner. We got a nice table, although cold air was blowing on us (they eventually turned it off after we asked.) It took 30 minutes before our order was taken. The appetizers came out quickly, although the hamachi dish was awful (two of the three plates were incredibly fishy.) We then waited another 30 minutes for the main course. Everything felt like it dragged and - while the food was good - the overall experience was disappointing.
