The problem with U-haul is because their too big they tend to be inflexible thus customer service always suffer. There was one incident were we needed to hire a van or truck right away , we went to 2 locations they told us that they have nothing avaiable and that we needed to set up an appointment at least 2 days before and other excuses, so we ended up using a different van for hire company.
