One of the doctors from this practice saw me at St Joseph's Hospital emergency room when I was pregnant with my son. I had some unusual bleeding after having had a previous miscarriage. The on call OBGYN was not helpful. All of the staff at the hospital, but especially the doctor and one of the nurses were very comforting during the whole situation. Not only did they not think my visit a "waste of time" but they reassured me many times that I had done the right thing coming to the ER. The doctor was very thorough on checking the health of the fetus and making sure I was safe to go home before releasing me. This is how doctors should be.
