Besides offering nice walking trails, Trail of Tears also offers traditional and RV campsites. An interpretive center brings light to a not often discussed event in American history when the Cherokee were marched from Georgia to Oklahoma. Despite the sad story to tell, the real focus is on the natural beauty of the site.
