As said before, they are very overpriced. The staff is somewhat helpful, but seemed like they were trying to rip me off. They were trying to sell me guitar strings I didn't need, and tried to sell me more guitar picks than I needed, not to mention the WRONG picks. When I say I use lighter picks, I don't care that someone who works there uses heavies and thinks I should use them. It's not good to treat customers like that.
