Nails by Chau is a great little local business located on north capitol ave. This store is clean and is not crowded most of the time. They have great services and they have a lot of choices, but the their specialty are manicures. They have pretty nailart and they do their best to make your nails beautiful. The cost is a bit high though for the nail art and you would be better off with just one color.
