At Steve's BBQ, each plate starts off good and, with a bit of the aforementioned hot sauce, can easily be coaxed into a satisfying firefight for oral domination. Aside from the standard meats, with and without marination and in different bone configurations, there's squid, always useful if you need to bounce back from a test. There are also soups, vegetarian plates, and potstickers, and various combinations of the basics.
