So I get my Jetta towed in because it's dead, and my friend drops me off at Scott Volkswagen. The guys in the service department can see that I didn't buy the car there because it's got out of state plates, and they know I'm a poor student who's not going to be buying another car anytime soon because if I had any money then surely I would have replaced the three missing hubcaps and the busted rear blinker. But these guys overlook the obvious and treat me like I've been a customer for 20 years, do the warranty work while I wait and don't charge me a dime. Best VW service in the area.
