Imo's, a St. Louis area institution, has THE BEST thin crust (yes, people in the midwest like to eat cracker thin crust) pizza. The secret, they use provel cheese. YUM! The house salad dressing is also a winner, as are the toasted ravioli. (Leave it to people in MO to deep fat fry just about anything.) This address is Granite City, but they are located all over the St. Louis metro. area.
