just finished a tour with the guide named Mervin for 4 days Las Vegas/Grand canyon...
this company put up an inexperience (could say just 1 day new guy to take us out for a trip), ie: when we headed out to Grand Canyon, on the way stopped over in Hoover Dam, we did not even know if we already arrived the place until he mentioned that was the place at the same second he demanded us to get off the bus.... no any information or introduction...
during the tour, he kept all quiet most of the time....
