Curiously these unidentified Guests of my salon,posted the day after I had to fire some one for not showing to work! This person thought their termination was unreasonable! I really have appreciated Judy's Book in conjuction with some very satisfied Guests and the things that they have said.I beleive its intent is to guide people through honest feedback!If a "Guest" felt such strong negative feelings about their experience here,then why not identify themselves? I've been a hairdresser for quite a while,I know I can be accountable and learn from my mistakes! Although I truly think these unidentified "Guests" are phantom,I will use them to take a close look at our Salon and make sure that these kind of things do not actually happen!
