I like this agency very much. They are always very friendly, no matter who you talk to in their agency. They have a group of very nice staffs in their office to help you besides your agent. So after the sales is completed, you still will get good services during the insurance period. The agent I have is very gentle and is kind of lay back. He will explain things to you and help you in any way he can. He has even temper and courteous attitude. The only thing I don't like is they are weak in getting competitive quote. Which means I have to pay more to get their services.
