I love that "late" in Seattle is 10 pm - isn't that sad? But yes, Chiso is open till 10, and the sushi is exceptional. Not cheap, but worth every penny, and the staff is just awesome.
Can someone make a listing for restaurants open AFTER 10 pm? :)
