The sales staff actually called and cussed out my wife when she checked on the status of an order. The manager tried to cover it up with lines like "it was "him", not Roush" and things like that. Well the sales rep is an employee rep for Roush so it was Roush. Oh if you write a bad review about them they might say your slandering an otherwise good reputation.
