yea, its kinda like a chain, but the barbers are definitely individuals that make a huge difference in the results. My hair didn't get much of a change/makeover, but i have had friends who have received great results from them. I understand there's not much that one can do with my hair, so i guess i went just to see what they can really do. Worth the eye-opening experience and service
