I had a great experience with Metro Air Conditioning. Chaz, the technician from Metro, came out to my house because we were having problems with our air conditioner and he thought he had found the problem, and then came back to make sure that it wasn't going to be a bigger problem. It ended up being a relatively minor problem after all. I really appreciated that he took the time and explained the 30 day policy in case there was another problem. Chaz really went above and beyond to take care of our needs and we haven't had a problem since. I would definitely use Metro Air Conditioning again and I will recommend them to others.
