Both (A/C and plumbing) technicians were early to the appointments, were respectful and courteous. They went out of their way to make sure that I was part of decision process, and showed me the problems. When one problem was beyond the plumber's range, he quickly made a reappointment with his supervisor and more equipment, instead of ignoring the problem.
