Communication from the office was great and notified me right away when there were issues with the plumber running a little late (which was just minutes). The plumber was courteous and professional and took the time to listen to my plumbing issues and used the information that I had already gained from trying to find the problem myself, before assessing the situation/issue. Will definitely call Scott Hale next time I need help with any issue with my home.
