Had them do my tranny and never even met them. I have a modified wheelchair minivan and it is my only means of transportation. I called the Garland shop, I'm in Sachse, and they had my van towed in, shifted some jobs around so that I could get my van back sooner, and then they had it towed back(I paid for that but at their rate) and I paid online.
They were straight forward on the cost, no "oops we found more issues" kinda thing, and having a 3 year warranty tells me they stand behind their work. I had had mine rebuilt only 2.5yrs and ~7k mile ago by a chain shop(think national bird) and it grenaded, and of course there was only a 1yr warranty. It had been noisy from day one, so I am not totally surprised.
Only been a few weeks and a couple hundred miles(I don't drive much), but so far it is performing flawlessly. With the way I was treated and taken care of, I highly recommend these folks.
