Worst service ever and extremely rude to me. Same experience as others. The owner has not changed nor does he care to change. I will never go back and have told as many people as I can to not take their business there. I brought 7 pieces of art work in to have glass put in them in January. I just got them back this week (It is May!!!). He said that because I said ""no rush"" that I shouldn't be upset that my stuff was not ready yet. I'm sorry but I'm not sure what world he lives in that no rush means any time in the next year. I had to stop in several times and he kept telling me next week. Finally on the 3rd stop by I mentioned that I was going to have to report him if I don't get my pictures this week. I was truly scared I was never going to get my stuff back. He quickly got the work done by the next day but then became very rude to me. He no longer would accept a check from me and made me go back out and get cash. He said I had to pay cash because I threatened to report him and I falsely said he had my stuff for 6 months (4m - 6m) at this point not much difference. He told me I had a bad attitude and was telling false stories. Absolutely no care for me - a repeat local customer. All I wanted was an apology and would have been nice to have a small discount for the endless patience I had with him. YEAH RIGHT - instead I get treated like I was the bad guy. Never again will I go there.
