After showing us a couch my mother decided to buy, after a long process of deciding.... We were told that it wasn't in for a month. Mr. Hauser refused to sell us the floor model, even though we were cash buyers who offered to pay full price. I felt bad for the salesman, but even worse for Mr Hauser, who obviously is a terrible businessman. We will not be back. We will take our business to Pittsburgh. Hausers will probably join the majority of out of business stores in the wasteland that is Steubenville.
