I have always had a fantastic experience at Continental, as have all members of my family. Though my engagement ring and wedding band were purchased in NYC when I used to live out there, their cleaning and repair service is outstanding. Natalie, one of their repair staff, goes above and beyond to make customers happy and to provide good service. When a diamond fell out of my engagement ring due to wear against the wedding band, she did everything she could to fix it, avoid future stone loss, and do it at the lowest price possible. Roz is a fabulous sale person to work with and we always look for her when we go. Helain is wonderful, too, and helped my younger sister and her husband design their wedding rings/engagement ring. I will keep going back there!
