I had a water heater replaced back in September 2015. They did a great job of telling me what was wrong and how much it would cost to replace and they gave me some options. They also told me I should service it every 6 months. They showed me step by steps on how to drain it and fill it back up. Well I said I'm not doing that all by myself. So they gave me a good service package to come out every 6 months to drain my water heater and check all my pipes, toilets, sinks that kind of stuff. I was very happy with that. I give them a 5 star! :-)
