I have dealt with Sanders Glass twice. I received poor customer service the first time when I tried to purchase a mirror. They never followed up with me and I purchased elsewhere. I prefer to support local business and decided to try again. I took a mirror with a 1"" bevel in that had cloudy glass and asked about replacing it. They said they could replace it but could only do a 3/4"" bevel, not the 1"" that my mirror had. We left the mirror to have the glass replaced at a cost of $65.00. Upon rehanging the mirror we noticed we had a 1"" bevel and within a few days the cloudiness reappeared in all the same places. We did not bother to go back to the store to fight for our money back. We will NEVER go back to Sanders Glass. They have the WORST customer service and, we feel, are dishonest. We will gladly travel as far as we need to to do business with those who care about their customers, and who are fair and honest in their business dealings.
