After having lost considerable trust as a result of prior experience (quality of execution, surprise fees, billing, attitude, office staff) with area dental offices, it was with reluctance that I scheduled a meeting with the doctor immediately at ease as a result of his easygoing, personal approach, I initiated four procedures--two of which were cosmetic--and could not be more pleased.
