stopped by for second oil change included with purchase. Was insulted by lot person, then by service manager. Only returned with appointment (took almost 2 hours for oil change) as I used my second included oil change. I can go to any Ford dealership and no appointment needed. Just took my F150 to Toyota of Daytona and was out in 40 minutes with appointment. I will not return to Hyndai of St. Augustine. They are great at the sale, but service is terrible and so are the employees...I complained to dealership manager, waste of more valuable time... more
