I took my car Pacifica Chrysler for check the engine light , I Paid for the smoke test $92.58 to diagnose the problem and I authorized the work for $450 labor and parts, after 2 weeks the engine light came back so I took my car back to the shop and I have been informed by the manager Mustafa this is something new and it has nothing to do with the initial repair, to my knowledge I paid for a smoke engine test so they should know the problem from the beginning, it doesn’t make no sense ??? more over The EGR Valve costs only 36.99 but the pinecrest shell charged me $153.22. Very bad and not honest at all
