This place is horrible , kids and animals run amuck , things will get stolen out of your yard , get ready to hear loud music late at night , the water is off at least 4 times a month because all the pipes are old is what I heard , the rent is incredibly high for a trailor , the ladies in management are rude and think they know everything , my deposit was same as last months rent , so after reading all the bad reviews I stopped payment on my check , and made sure the place was spotless because I was not going to be out both , they charge you to use the swimming pool , that's ridiculous , also the streets flood , drug dealers , and you have to mow your own grass , from know on I'm going to review things before I move or purchase anything and people reading this should do the same
