They showed up about an hour late after I had to call Nan's and ask them if they knew what time my food would be arriving. The delivery man, obviously having received a call from his boss, handed me the food without making eye contact or apologizing and quickly ran down the hallway.
As far as the food itself, aside from being ice cold, it was average.
