Called ahead and the handlers were very professional.Made an appointment with Steve Knapp who listened to my preferences.Met with Steve later that day.Just based on the questions he asked me on the phone,he was able to pinpoint exactly what I was looking for and had it ready when I arrived.I didn't even need to look at another vehicle.He then delivered on the payment that worked for me.His professionalism and attentiveness made this a great experience.I also got to work with Jason Little who helped wrap up the deal.Jason was also professional and did a great job explaining the paperwork and warranty options.I would gladly refer friends and family to these individuals.Thank you very much.
