I am from a small town where we all use the same mechanic. This is the fist automotive place I have been too where I felt that same love. This place took 100% care of me. Other place where either rude or tried to rob my money. This place gave me options stayed in contacr with me the whole time my car was in the shop and cared for me. When you are too the point where you no longer are worried about the next issue your car will have because you know you have an amazing mechanic. Then you have it set. I am so greatful for finding this place I love the work they did and the customer care they had. I will never go to another mechanic. I advise everyone to go to federal way automotive. Look at the reviews on here even. You won't find a better place I guarantee it
