We recently brought in our vehicle due to a battery problem. Wilkenson's installed a new battery in December 2011 and we began having problems. Although the manufacture's warranty time had already surpassed, Wilkenson's felt the battery should last at least 5 years and replaced it at no charge plus fixed the latch on the hood at no charge. This shows commitment to their customers. We in turn will be loyal to Wilkenson's and be a customer for life.
