We went to Pappas Seafood on I45 and Beltway 8 last night! We called for reservations and they did not write it down!, so the manager seated us pretty soon. The waitress was friendly but the service was terrible. We arrived at 6:15 and left at 8:30! My husband and I got our food after and hour and half , my food was cold and they heated it up! Our friends received theirs 15 minutes later after they ask them twice what they had! I did not like my blackened catfish and the doodles were terrible! I will never go to that restaurant again! We love the other restaurant . This was just a terrible dining experience! I feel I shouldn't have to pay for this dinner!!
