We had a leak on the hot water line at our washing machine hook-up. We contacted Roto-Rooter and Ronnie came out and checked out our problem and gave us a great estimate. . However, after much consideration, due to the fact that our home is 40 years old, we contacted Roto-Rooter and informed them that rather than just fixing the one leak, that we would rather have the whole house re-piped. Ronnie came and took care of the entire house with minimal interruption and at a very fair price. The house is now completely overhauled as far as the water is concerned; we have much better water pressure and now worry less about having more leaks. Ronnie did a great job and was very helpful. He kept us informed about what he was doing and how long everything would take. We had a great experience with both Roto-Rooter and Ronnie.
