I lived in the Summerlin Villas for two years before I moved. I had a semi-pleasant experience until my move out. I needed to break my lease early. I was fine with paying the fees, but the office manager was rude when I asked questions. She has always been extremely snotty and stuck up every time I visited the office. I am in my mid-20s and she seemed to think she was better than me, because I was younger. I did not feel welcomed in the community. Her nasty attitude reflected bad on my opinion of the apartment. The move out chargers were ridiculous. The carpet was disgusting and tearing in corners when I moved in and I was charged to replace it when I left. The model home they show perspective tenets does not reflect what you actually get. Cheap is the first word that comes to mind when I think of the appliances and cabinets. I had to superglue the lament floors and counter tops many times to keep them from falling apart. The cabinets were refaced with cheap material that peeled off. I decided to move to an upscale area of town instead, because the apartment staff seemed to just let anyone live there towards the end. A neighbor had their apartment broken into and her stuff stolen. As a single female, I did not feel safe living in that area. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone, especially for the price range. more
