I changed to RAA because of local ratings have been there several times. Customer service is excellent and quality appears to excellent, likewise. Biggest negative is work is consistently later than promised. Once, I had a trip planned out of town, RAA provided me a loaner, at no cost. However, a second time, I had to find alternate transportation. All in all, I think their service is great, but I think they need to improve on their timeliness of meeting their schedule commitment.
