I had two bathrooms partially remodeled by Hantel Kitchens & Baths in the vanity area and some other work done on wood cleaning, dry walling, along with new cabinets and sinks. I just really like their customer service and willingness to show me things that they did in the past through pictures and slideshows. They had a showroom to show me some of their products as well.
Hantel was customer-oriented and willing to make my budget work. They took into account things that were important to me and, in the end, I had a good experience with them. I like that it's a smaller company as well after I had experience with a larger company that was just a complete disaster. There was a big difference in personal attention and willingness to respond to my questions and phone calls. The work was done in a reasonable amount of time. They set up on-time and cleaned up after themselves after each day of work.
When Hantel installed the counter tops and sinks, it was towards the end of the day so they didn't have time to put in the faucets. This was where my daughter lived and I didn't want her to go through a weekend without a sink. So I called them and they came out that Saturday morning to put in the faucets which was kind of nice.
