Drew did a great job providing me with a list of areas that could be serviced. He gave me the option of choosing which I wanted done now and which could be postponed to a later date.
What I didn't appreciate was the fact that while I knew the driver's door window had a problem, not attempting to open/close it wasn't a problem for me. I don't know who decided to open the window, but now it I have to get it fixed soon since the actuator has apparently dislodged itself from the glass. I currently have a wedge in place holding the window up.
