So disappointed. This florist was a NO CALL, NO SHOW on my wedding day. I should have known after multiple communication issues with Sandy to cancel the arrangements. I can't believe this would even happen. To top it off, after not showing up and not calling to explain and/or apologize, my mother called and heard a multitude of excuses as to why they never showed. It's one thing to make a mistake, it's entirely worse to not own up to it.
