I made an appt because I live in Park City and couldn't drop it off. The woman on the phone said If I did that It would be looked at right away and my wait time would be low. I dropped it off at precisely 8am and the guy told me it would be about 15 minutes before they knew what was wrong. 3 hrs later, he came out and said that what I told him was right and wanted to know if I wanted it fixed. 3 hrs! Why make appts if you can't fulfill them? Then it was another 30 minutes before I got my car back after I told him the $2700 fix was too much. I'll never go there again and be told to wait. Even if I would have been told 45 minutes instead of 15 in the beginning that would have been fine. Don't have people sit there waiting to hear from you any minute for over 3 hrs!
