This property management really does not do anything for you, in fact they will end up backing up the tenants when my house was destroyed by tenants (holes in walls as big as 3 feet in diameter & carpets ripped out). I have to remind the property manager that they work for the owners, they are here to manage our property and not loose money on our property. This is my experience with them, ok when nothing bad happens, but watch out when things hit the fan, they will not be backing you up.
