Devastating. Went there today and they did not even want to help me because I am driving a SAAB and they cannot wheel and deal with me because of that reason. I have mentioned that Irvine BMW gave me good price on my SAAB, and I have also mentioned to the sale person Diamond that a guy named Nabil at Irvine BMW went above and beyond to make the sale happen, and Diamond mentioned he knows Nabil, and still did not offer to even show me the 3 Series that I am interested in.\r
This is my third visit to this dealership and they were never helpful or even courteous. They do not even deserve even one star.
